Mobile Covid-19 Vaccine Clinic
Sand Point Elementary is excited to be partnering with the Seattle Visiting Nurses Association to offer free Covid Vaccines to all Sand Point students ages 5 and up. [Signed parental consent required]

About the Event
All students will be able to recieve their first Covid vaccine with convenience during the school day at Sand Point, from this free mobile Covid Vaccine clinic sponsored by Seattle Public Schools, in partnership with the Seattle Visiting Nurses Association.
Registration links will open up the week before the clinic, and families are welcome to either pre-register or walk-in. Students will not be vaccinated without signed parental consent.
Please also note that this clinic is only for students currently enrolled at Sand Point Elementary.
This is the first of two mobile vaccine clinics coming to Sand Point Elementary, the second will be held on Friday, December 10th, from 8-10am.
